Travel has been banned due to the pandemic outbreak, but now Cancun, Mexico seems to be getting more people visiting who want to get away for a little summer vacation.
Officials at the Cancun International Airport reported their highest arrival and departure flight numbers since March! There were incoming flights from Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Dallas, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, New York and Miami. The TSA reports that more people flew through airports last weekend than anytime since the pandemic began back in March.
The number of travelers surpassed 800,000! That's insane!
