You now have the chance to travel off the coast of China, bordering North Korea. The Chinese government has 500 islands off the coast. The islands are rented out off the coast at different prices depending if the island has beaches, wildlife, or potential of development. Some islands are being rented for up to $25 million or as little as $700 per year.
The government requires the renter to have a purpose in mind, you should always keep in mind there are added expenses for electricity, water and development.
