According to EATER reports, the new trend due to the ongoing pandemic is digital menu codes that you scan so the menu appears on your mobile phone.
Some people have one single menu per table while other locations are using a QR code that diners scan and pull up the menu on their smart device.
This means that fewer items will be touched by less hands and then you won't need the added cost of new paper menus.
