According to Scientists at MIT, they have developed a system that can detect COVID-19 based on the sound of your cough!
With the new artificial intelligence algorithm, it will be able to detect differences in the sound and vibrations of a cough that is caused by muscle impairment caused by COVID-19. This will even work for people who are asymptomatic. Researchers say that this new system is actually 98.5% accurate in identifying positive cases and they are hoping to create the system into an app before getting approved by the FDA.
