A woman and her husband were just fined $1,500 after she walked him on a leash after their COVID-19 curfew.
When they were stopped, the woman argued that people are allowed to walk dogs on a leash within a kilometer of their homes after 8 p.m. The curfew started Saturday night after Quebec reported a rise in COVID-19 cases. When the police said her husband isn't a dog, she protested.
