We are hoping gatherings are in the near future, but for now health experts are issuing warnings about Super Bowl parties.
Most U.S. residents use the Super Bowl as an excuse to get together with friends to party and health officials are strongly urging people to make this a low-key affair. According to Los Angeles County's public health director, Barbara Ferrer, she says that Super Bowl Parties could turn into super-spreader events. She says "Don't go to a Super Bowl party. It will be tragic if the Super Bowl becomes a super-spreader of coronavirus."
