IHOP has canceled their National Pancake Day amid COVID-19 concerns.
This will mark the first time in 15 years that the restaurant chain has not held the annual event. Every year the chain offers guest a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes, but due to health and safety reasons, that has been canceled.
On the bright side, IHOP announced they would be turning Free Pancake Day into a month-long event starting in April. They are offering all guests an IOU coupon that is good for a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes starting on April 1st.
