The Rock recently talked about his strict diet for an upcoming movie role!
He is currently preparing for his role in "Black Adam" and shared on Instagram what his diet consists of to make sure he is in the best shape possible for his role. The Rock explained that his diet is pretty strict and is a lot of conditioning, all of his food is weighted and measured.
For example, his breakfast consists of whole eggs and egg whites, beef tenderloin, oatmeal & blueberries, Ezekiel English muffins with smart butter, powered greens and a fiber drink.
