AirPods Pro could now act as hearing aids for those with minimal hearing loss.
Keep in mind that Apple is not promoting the AirPods as a health product. They say that when paired with Apple Health, you can create a hearing profile. AirPods can act as a cheap for first step to accepting the need for a hearing aid. The company emphasizes the AirPods can not replace traditional hearing aids especially if one has severe hearing loss.
