Social hangovers are a real thing!
A social hangover is a psychology concept, but as people are coming out of lockdown, it is becoming more and more. The Social Hangover says that after a night of social interaction and hanging out, the next day you feel like you are walking in quicksand or surrounded by fog.
Psychologists say "Everything takes more energy, more work and appears to be overwhelming confusing and exhausting. If you do get this feeling do not use it as a reason to stay indoors. You should do the opposite and use it as a sign to continue to adjust to getting back outside."
