United Airlines just announced that all U.S. based employees will be required to receive a COVID-19 vaccine and upload their vaccination card to a company website by this fall.

This will be the first major U.S. carrier to mandate vaccinates for all of their employees. Delta Air Lines announced earlier this year that they are requiring all new employees to be inoculated. Other companies that have mandated vaccines for employees are Uber, DoorDash, Facebook, Google, Twitter, Walmart and more.

The airlines deadline to upload their vaccine card comes five weeks after the FDA announced it has fully approved COVID-19 vaccine or five weeks after September 20th.
