Uh-oh...looks like Mike "The Situation" may be in trouble with Uncle Sam, being charged with tax evasion and fraudulent deductions on his tax returns.
The U.S. Attorney in NJ also says that he and his brother were hiding millions of Mike's income from the government from 2010 to 2012.
If convicted, Mike could face years in prison.
