A dog died during a United Airlines flight from Texas to New York after a flight attendant forced the passengers to place the dog carrier in an overhead bin due to it being a safety hazard under the seat, where it normally is placed.
United Airlines called it a "tragic accident". This isn't the first time United Airlines had to deal with a mistake and mishandling on their part.
