Congrats David Beckham!
The retired professional soccer player was honored with a new statue! The Galaxy unveiled a statue of Beckham outside Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, CA during a ceremony ahead of The Galaxy's 2019 opener against the Chicago Fire.
Beckham's wife Victoria was by his side during the unveiling ceremony along with former teammate Robbie Keane, former coach Bruce Arena, Galaxy and U.S. national team star Cobi Jones, and MLS commissioner Don Garber.
The Galaxy also released a video with congratulatory messages from Snoop Dogg, Kobe Bryant, Beckham's kids and more.
