The FBI just confirmed they are working with two private schools in Los Angeles after finding out their serves were hacked, which exposed confidential teacher salary details and parent contact information. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the Center for Early Education in West Hollywood and Carlthorp in Santa Monica were targeted. Hackers published staff payroll documentation in email blasts riddled with racist, sexist and homophobic language. Both of these schools have students with parents that are top entertainment executives and high-profile talent. FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller told City News Service, "We're aware of it and are working with affected schools."
