It was just announced that Orange County will be moving into tier 4 aka the least restrictive tier, which means the Disneyland Resort will be allowed to increase capacity. Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure are currently operating at 25% capacity, but moving into the yellow tier means that they will be able to operate at 35%. This also means that indoor restaurants at the theme park will be able to operate at a 50% capacity. The increased capacity will allow guests to have more options for dining. Orange County and the state of California is on track to remove all restrictions and tiers within the state by June 15th so we could soon see the park at full capacity one again. Disney has not issued a statement for when they hope to operate at full capacity, but have mentioned that they are ready to increase capacity the moment they are able to.
